👉 THE GLOBAL PRESIDENT

👉 THE CONTINENTAL VICE PRESIDENT (S)
The Continental Vice President (VP) of UNIPGC serves as a high-level strategic leader responsible for directing and advancing the organization’s agenda across an entire continent (e.g., Africa, Europe, or Asia). Operating as the second-in-command, the VP bridges the gap between national chapters, regional offices, and the International Headquarters, ensuring strategic cohesion and operational effectiveness.

The VP focuses on policy influence, coalition building, and strategic alignment with key continental and global institutions such as the United Nations, African Union, and European Union. As a member of the Supreme Council, the VP represents the Presidency at official engagements and continental affairs.

ROLE OF THE Continental VICE PRESIDENT

  • 1. Strategic Advisory

    The VP advises the President on a broad range of strategic matters, providing expert guidance to inform policy development, decision-making, and implementation initiatives.
  • 2. Representation of the Mission

    The VP represents UNIPGC at meetings, conferences, diplomatic engagements, and formal functions, advocating for the organization’s mission while strengthening relationships with host governments, international institutions, and diplomatic partners.
  • 3. Internal and External Coordination

    The VP ensures effective communication and coordination within continental structures and between external stakeholders, including foreign government officials and partner organizations.

SUMMARY

The Continental Vice President serves as the indispensable link between the strategic goals established by the Presidency and the oversight responsibilities of the Supreme Council.

TENURE OF OFFICE

A. The Vice President shall serve a minimum term of five (5) years. The term may be renewed for an additional period, subject to satisfactory performance as determined by the Supreme Council.

B. Not later than one (1) year prior to the expiration of the VP’s term, the Supreme Council shall either recommend renewal or submit a nomination to the Presidency for consideration.

KEY BENEFITS OF THE VICE PRESIDENT

Pursuant to UNIPGC’s partnerships with recognized diplomatic organizations, including the International Organization for Economic Development (IOED), accredited UNIPGC Executives may enjoy certain privileges and benefits in accordance with applicable agreements and host-country regulations. These may include:

👉Discounted travel and accommodation logistics
👉Diplomatic privileges for senior executives, where applicable, such as: * Diplomatic vehicle registration plates
* Tax-exempt status (subject to host-country laws)
* Security and protocol services in countries where IOED/UNIPGC holds formal accreditation with Ministries of Foreign Affairs

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

The Presidency shall establish the qualification criteria for candidates seeking election or appointment to the Office of the Vice President, giving due consideration to:
1. Integrity and ethical standing
2. Demonstrated leadership capability and competence
3. Relevant professional experience
4. Commitment to gender equality
5. Diversity and inclusive representation

MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTION

The prescribed membership contribution for the Office of the Vice President is USD $40,000.
A Secretary General promoted to the rank of Vice President shall be required to pay a reduced contribution of USD $15,000 only.

👉 THE SECRETARY GENERAL (SG)

The Secretary General (SG) of UNIPGC in any Continent serves as the Chairperson of the General Assembly and represents the cornerstone of administrative, operational, and strategic leadership within the Organization. The SG functions as the backbone of UNIPGC, combining high-level diplomatic representation with effective internal management to ensure the achievement of the Organization’s mission and objectives.

The Secretary General supports the UNIPGC Presidency and the Supreme Council in providing strategic leadership. The SG reports on the overall implementation of UNIPGC activities and presides over the General Assembly.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Secretary General

1. Strategic Leadership and Operational Oversight
The SG provides overall direction to the Organization, coordinating with governing bodies to implement resolutions and ensuring compliance with established policies. The SG leads the Continental Secretariat, oversees day-to-day operations, and reports directly to the Supreme Council.
2. Representation and Diplomacy
The SG serves as the principal spokesperson of UNIPGC, representing the Organization at international meetings, negotiations, and engagements with partner institutions and stakeholders.
3. Administrative and Financial Management
The SG oversees budget administration, facilitates financial contributions, and approves the appointment of Country Directors and Regional Directors to ensure efficiency, competence, and high standards of performance.
4. Communication and Institutional Coordination
The SG acts as the liaison between governing bodies, including the Supreme Council and various Committees, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and the proper handling of official correspondence.
5. Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges
As a high-ranking diplomatic representative, the SG may enjoy diplomatic immunities and privileges in accordance with applicable agreements and the laws of host or receiving states, enabling the effective discharge of official duties.
6. Policy Development and Implementation
The SG is responsible for drafting policy documents in alignment with institutional directives and for monitoring compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
7. Institutional Development
The SG may submit recommendations to the Presidency and the Supreme Council concerning the establishment of new Committees or Working Groups, as well as the modification or dissolution of existing ones.
